Hierarchy Exercises

 

BOLD - At first i thought this work as going to be easy however i was wrong. I used our old work to get exmaples, 5-2, 5-4, 5-5a hierarchy. While i was trying to make creative hierarchys i thought of many ideas. For some of them i broke rules and put the hierachy outside the layer. All of them were simple and fun to do, i knew what i was doing because of our old lessons. For exmaple for bold it was fun to do because i had to think of which sentence to bold, while i was doing the work i was telling my self that this is a newspaper and i had to make something that could catch the readers attention.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.

    VERTICLE SPACE - This was very hard to do because i at first i had no idea what to do for vertical space, i asked the teacher and he showed me some examples from the nyc news paper. After that i knew what i wanted to do, i made the words overlap and straight. While i was doing the work i was telling my self that this is a newspaper and i had to make something that could catch the readers attention.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.

COLOR - This was very fun and simple to do because i looked at our old lessons and got a example. I knew that i wanted the date to stand out so i colored the date grey. I wanted this hierarcgy to be simple and basic. While i was doing the work i was telling my self that this is a newspaper and i had to make something that could catch the readers attention.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.

ALIGNMENT -  For this i was clurless at firt because i did not know what to do. I walked around the class and went to the back to look at some books but that didnt help. Eventually i looked at rafid and sebs work and got a insripition form their work and decided tomake it look creative and giggly. While i was doing the work i was telling my self that this is a newspaper and i had to make something that could catch the readers attention.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.

SCALE-  This was the one i liked to most because while i was doing this i wanted to add a tittle that would catch the readers attntion so i made the "Whats the matter with you?" bigger becayse if i was a reader and i saw that tittle i would most likely be interested in the work/While i was doing the work i was telling my self that this is a newspaper and i had to make something that could catch the readers attention.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.

CAPITAL -  This was a 50/50 for m because i didnt have much to work with, i wanted to make a poem of a kind so i made it look like a poem and capitzlized the important parts of the text.Overall i had fun doing this work, this was one of my favorite work to do.
